All orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner PostNL.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays will be processed and handed over to the carrier the same day or the next business day, depending on stock availability.
  • Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 2–4 business days
  • Belgium: 3–5 business days
  • Germany: 5–7 business days
  • Other European Union countries: 7–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

If free shipping promotions are available, the terms and conditions will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your shipment status.

Delivery Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

We recommend checking your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging if possible.

Undeliverable Shipments

Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.
